It looks like it's kinda pointing north, I work better with maps rotated with north pointing up, but I guess it doesn't matter to some.
It's to lay out some house corners, so we?ÿwill figure it all out when staking out the foundation.
That's the beauty of laying out a line with the DC, all you need is one corner and a direction.

We had an acting Party Chief one day who didn't have any curve drawing tools for his plat so he drew everything straight and curved the north arrow.
Awesome!...That's technically not so bad, in most surveys North is "relative" to some other mapping or deeds and not so much exactly "true" as however that may be defined.?ÿ
