This happened to me and ruined a few relationships. The prosecutor agreed all elements of forgery were present, but dropped it due to 'lack of jury appeal'.

After walking through a few cases on the regulator side I should have asked the AG to prosecute for felony false personation. It's easier to prove.?ÿ
