All of this third party verification stuff is getting on my nerves. The most recent thorn in my side was implanted in my side yesterday when I found out that the NJDEP was no longer accepting DocuSign digital signatures. The NJDEP chose a different vendor for verification and on comes a volley of emails and zoom meetings to jump through the hurdles.
At least a dozen emails from the vendor and two zoom meetings where I had to hold my photo DL by my face to get through the beginning stages before getting an emailed authentication form to fill out and have another zoom meeting to have my signature on the form witnessed, I then had to scan the form, send it back to them and got bombarded again with emails. Finally after a few hours yesterday and all day today, I got a tracking number for the "token" that is on it's way. I can't wait to see how many more hoops that I will have to go through to activate and authenticate it.
When is enough enough?
