I need to view my model space rotated in paperspace so that my road is on the bottom for the small lot I am working on. I usually draw North up and don't use this command much. I need to rotate -30 degrees. I tried the DVIEW but it only works in model space. Thanks for any help

What is the DTWIST command now?

Switch to paperspace, type MVSETUP, then align, then rotate view, chose your base point and enter your degrees of rotation.

Edit: I didn't see that you were asking about LLD 2007. The above works for LDD2i and AutoCAD 2000.

What is the DTWIST command now?

UCS Z (pick two points along desired orientation) PLAN C VIEW S (enter desired name for saved view)

That's the way us UCS adherents do it. I'm sure the DVIEW practitioners will chime in with their version.

Edit: Works only in model space. 🙂

Use Dviewtwist to align stuff as you want. Save that as a "view". Then in paper space you can set that view in the viewport.
