This just happened randomly when trying to shoot a -30mm standard prism, and now it will not take a shot. I've tried rebooting the data collector and the robot, as well as making a new job file. I've selected different targets in survey pro, switched to reflectorless and back...nothing. Any idea what the issue might be?
It's been awhile since I used that collector/software but I would first try to pull the battery and leave it out for at least 5 or 10 minutes and then start a new job and import the coordinates. If it still doesn't fix it then do a hard reset followed by creating a new job.
Have you tried it with a different collector? It's possible you have bigger problems but I did have a similar issue with that collector setup and a Focus 35. Everything worked fine with my collector and other instruments as well as a different collector and my instrument but they didn't work together.
