Recently picked up a topcon fc-200 controller with topsurv7 loaded.
We have other collectors with other versions of topsurv loaded but here is my quandry, in cogo - traverse, after the input of the angle (right, left, deflection, etc) and then after the HZ dist, it is asking for the vertical distance and will not let you go further without input of something, I have been through the setting (that I know of) and went through an on-line manual and can not for the life of me find out how to disable this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have a direct answer for you.?ÿ However, with TopSurv, the updates were free back then.?ÿ I'd look to see what the highest stable version of TopSurv the fc-200 is capable of running and upgrade to that.?ÿ That might allow you to just eliminate the problem.?ÿ Even better if it's a version that will also work/is already loaded on one or more of your other controllers.

Wouldn't you just leave it as zero? I use magnet and know it doesn't like having points with null height values, so i??m forced to give all points a zero height to avoid issues. Doesn??t seem to cause any other problems.?ÿ
