Terramodel and business center

I am still old school and use mostly Terramodel but for the past year have also been using business center. Does anyone know where I can rotate the view of a project in business center with changing the coordinates and values? Bascially keeping North correct. In Terramodel there is a function where you can rotate the view based on a bearing I can pick without affecting the values of points, lines, sets, coordiantes, etc.
