A) Hello, I use tbc v 3.50 and cannot figure out how to alter a backsight shot from "angles and distances" to "only angles".
(Thats because I dont want the computed distance to be part of the adjustment with gnss data, but I want to use other data of sideshots in the adjustment.)
B) Also, in tbc 3.50, when i add some bachsight observations to some known control points, i see from piont derivation report that a resection is being made, but nowhere the "resection setup" phrase is written. What is the standard way to perform resection?
Thank you very much tbc experts

You have a few options, but I'm not sure why you would exclude valid data.
My first choice would be setting my error estimates for centering, angles and distances to reflect my equipmentvand procedures. If you really want them excluded set the measurenents themselves to 'enabled as check' . Then you get some value for your efforts. Last would be just disable the shot.
