I know this may be a complete longshot but my boss uses a program called civilmaster 99-1.3a and his cd is scratched to the point we cant install the program. we used to have a copy but it has since been misplaced. does anyone have the cd? and if you do can you just zip the files and message me so i can give you my email address. you would truly be a life saver

Try buffing the cd with car wax.
Or, try the 10 dollar cd scratch removers at best buy. Worth a shot.
There are also companies that fix scratched CD's...they do the same as above, but better equipment
