Is there a method to collect reflectorless topo with Survey Controller 12.50 manually while a TSC2 is connected to a Trimble 5601 by radio? I am trying to pick up building corners, walls and miscellaneous points by manually operating the gun.

Yes, just place the rod near the gun so you can see the controller screen, turn off the autolock, turn on the DR measurement mode and point and shoot. Don't forget to deal with the rod height (or lack thereof).
