Wow, a map with property line offsets that was not prepared by a surveyor, or even a site visit.?ÿ Not a problem as is cheap and fast...........

Localy, back in the 70s there was a surveyor that created surveys from Arieal photos.
Did not work out very well and when he had passed away, one of his helpers continued his business and using the dead man's stamp.
This don't appear to be much different.
