Apparently, Sight Survey 2009 is no longer available. Are there any other apps that will convert the old Survey3 or Survey4 .DAT files??ÿ

Sight Survey 2009 is still available for download:

Also, I found found these old legacy links to the Sight Survey 3 program which appears to be the CD installer:

I haven't tried running the "virtual CD" on my computer as my current 64-bit Windows 11 OS might be too far out of reach for the former "Pentium or compatible processor running Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, or NT 4.0 or higher" system requirements of the application as in effect circa November 18, 2008.
