Does the current Carlson Survey 2013 include the C&G Survey pulldown menu commands. I tried to check Carlson website and was not able to find any info with a search.

Yes. Under Settings -> Carlson configure -> survey settings -> CG Survey Menu, you can select None,Compact or Expanded pull-down menu options and there are partial CG toolbars you can use as well.
