Good Morning All;

?ÿ I'm presently running a demo of Carlson Survey 2021 with IntelliCad and the GIS module.?ÿ I set the projection to my area and click on the Geolocation tab to see the aerial and it appears to be working but I can't see the image (all layers on).?ÿ Any ideas??ÿ Thanks!

I've occasionally had problems viewing images in Carlson software. Try "Regen" command first. If that doesn't bring the photo in view, I'd call Carlson support.

I'm not sure to which "Geolocation tab" you're referring but if you're referring to the File -- Drawing Utilities -- Geolocate DWG Files command, the routine should prompt you for a folder which has DWG file(s) which have coordinate system projection(s) assigned and then creates a Google Earth-friendly KMZ file showing the location of where these DWG files are located for handy reference look-up. The Google Earth application would need to be installed for best results.

If you're referring to Images attached to your drawing, you might check the Image Manager (Draw -- Image -- Image Manager) and:

  1. Expand the list of images to see that the image(s) are loaded (indicated by a colored pictograph rather than the gray icons shown below). If they are gray,
  2. Highlight the image(s) and tap the Reload button, and,
  3. I would suggest setting the Image Frame to Visible and Printed:

I hope this information helps.
