I'm currently running Carlson 2015 on the desktop. I want to get Carlson setup on a laptop for the truck. Anyone know if you get a price break for a second seat?

There was no charge. If you don't use both at the same time.

Install the second copy on your laptop. When you register the software select the home use option. As stated above you are allowed two downloads per license. Laptop in the field, then bring it home and transfer to home setup.

Deserves an award for honesty. I've installed it on, let's just say a few home computers, in the past.

Also you may get a network license for 10% of the original cost. This means you may run two seats at same time (simultaneously).

Good to know I won't have to break the bank and I can put the money into a nice laptop stand. I have Carlson embedded with autocad 2011 only because I got a free copy but I will probably use it as a standalone. For what I am using it for I'm not so sure I am getting much benefit to using it embedded.
