Anyone else seeing this? My toolbars are always getting jumbled up and out of order every time I open a new session. I've saved and loaded the toolbar files several times, but it brings them up completely out of order compared to when I saved them.
Your settings are being manipulated by windows to control startup settings and maintain default values.
Some times a virus or maleware program will cause settings to return to default settings also.

{raises hand} mine are doing that!!! I have left the office for a few days, I was told I was sent an email to my work computer with a hopeful fix to try when I get back. If it works and no-one has been able to help, I will let you know how it goes when I return Monday.

Much appreciated!

Can you add to your last comment there? Having trouble with this software are you?
What you are describing is a common problem.
When you have your settings the way you want them on one program and doing so causes a rift that changes the setting values in your registry and some times conflicts occur with other commands and the system will reset to default values.
Sometimes your exotic settings fill up more room that is allocated for startup procedures.
Then upon closing some routines, a conflict is noted between program settings and computer rejects the changes and returns to default settings.
Such things can cause your toolbars to disappear.
My associate Jim had the same problem with his Carlson.
Also some maleware and virus protection software does not work the same on some computer builds and other installed software.
The same can be said for windows operating system and their degree of updates and type of computer installed on.
1 out of 100 identical computers will have something unique happen because the execution of the same software and hardware is still not perfect.
Your settings being changed from one use to another can be something in the command line process to shut down and save settings or it could be that it is being changed upon reloading the program or rebooting the computer.
Some settings can take a couple of reboots before they are actually written into the computer's startup commands.
The reason I said "be thankful it still works" was because Jim's computer up and blue screened on him and would not boot up again.
I miss the XPs way of practically fixing itself and repairing and correcting problems by simply booting it up over and over until all was good.
Personally, I really dislike computers. The need for unique software has brought on an onslaught of junk from programmers having to maintain unique code or be in risk of patent theft.
Carlson let his Cogo go public some near 30 years ago and believe me, today's Cogo is still the same as it was then.
All the other menus, functions, addons and crossover functions are new and what keeps adding bulk to what was a simple program that would run on a 16k computer.
Since the development of Windows, everything has a certain amount of bloatware added to run on Windows machines.
rant over.................
That was a mouthful!
