I'm Xref'ing a drawing into my main drawing and for some reason, the cursor will snap as if a Grid is on or Snap mode is on. However, Grid and Snap mode are off. If I open the Xref as a drawing by itself, it doesn't do this. If I unload the Xref from my main drawing, it doesn't do it in the main drawing anymore either.

What's going on?
