I have a cad file I need converting to an earlier version. My version of Trueview isn't handling the storm lines and catch basins. They show as large boxes but the data is not transferred after the Trueview conversion.

Email me if you would like to help and I can send the file. gds3d@comporium.net

Thanks,

Thad

Your email isn't enabled on Beerleg. Shoot it to me at stephen at ward land surveying dot com and tell me what version you need.

I learned a new trick tonight. If you have a Civil3D file you can convert the Civil3d objects to standard Autocad entities using the object enabler and the -aecConvertToAutocad command.

Thanks, our engineers use a older version storm net and it's not fun to blow apart a drawing for them.

I posted this awhile back and found a goof today. The command should have been: -AecExportToAutoCAD :pinch:
