I got a re-furb. from Wally World a few months back. Same basic specs but was a Dell. Works great. Nice thing is they put a straight up OS with little or no bloatware. So it is chugging along nicely. I'll consider re-furbs anytime now.

I will drop a wireless card in it and be ready to go for file sharing.
Not decided how I want to connect to the internet. I am leery of hard wiring since the lightning strike.
A second router may be in the mix.
