> Yea I think there was a mix-up in names here. I don't think our James Franklin that posted, though, was making a joke. I think he was just trying to say it was not his son. Maybe he will come back and clarify more for us.

Angel, I don't wholly disagree with you. I am imagining that he wanted anyone who might recognize his name, to know it wasn't about his son or him. But I also think he did it in a light-hearted way. (IE: (paraphrased). Hey I wouldn't kill my son, I need him too much)

I don't know, but anyway, I wanted to emphasize what two or three posters said that said he was probably not the same guy. I kind of confirmed it. Several of us were starting to give this guy our condolences, including me.

JEFLS (James Franklin)....

Yeah...I don't think James(JEFLS) has been back since he posted that last post. He posts a lot in Land Surveying topics so maybe he will see this when he logs back in and reply and let us know what's going on. 🙂

This is the James E Franklin from Candia, NH

Just in case, the rumor mill started, I wanted to make sure everyone knew that my son Jason, is alive and well.

My condolances to the man who's son died, whatever the circumstances.I would be truly at a loss for words if it were my son. Who would not be.

What are the chances that there are two James Franklins that are surveyors.
