My previous employer passed away on Saturday and, as I was out of town, I was unable to access my beerleg account. It was truly an honor to consider Mr. Schumann as one of my mentors with respect to his decades of service. The days of 3 digit registered surveyors still in practice is rapidly drawing to a close in Texas.

I may have met him once before, I can't remember. His obituary described one heck of a man.

Yeah, Glenn. The family listing was a testament to the important things in life and Mr. Schumann was a devout German Catholic. As lengthy as the obit was, it seemed like stuff was missing.

Here's the current roster as best I can figure:

000280 HOWELL, S. W.

000377 HALL, ALBERT E.

000502 SHINE, D. D.

000905 HENNESSY, RALPH L.

000918 HALL, RICHARD V.

He sounded like an interesting guy. Don't like hearing when any of our guys are pass on, young or old. His friends, family, and loved ones have our deepest sympathies and condolences. May he rest in peace.
