Been an epoch process to try to post this...

Could be a waste if it doesn't post, Just found this link

I worked for the man for 4 or 5 years and although we had many disagreements, he was a man of integrity and conviction who always commanded respect.

I knew Lin and heard him speak a number of occasions. He was a good man and a good surveyor. Sorry we lost him. Thanks for posting that link. I haven't seen or heard from him in a number of years. (P.S. how many surveyors do you know with whom you never disagreed.)
