Is the service having issues at the moment? I have had no issue in the past downloading a 3000 foot by 4000 foot area. Now it is coming back with 0 kb sized files. I sent an e-mail to technical support but figured I'd ask here. https://coast.noaa.gov/dataviewer/#/
