"worms... er, I mean, birds gotta eat, too..."

A meat eating bird that is 37" to 48" in long with a 7.5' to 9.2' wingspan ought to be kept fed. Especially if the locals don't want it to start "pickin' and choosin' " what (or whom) it wants to devour!

Maybe once a month they could sacrifice a local politician and have a big hootenanny. It could add a new twist in the phrase "for the birds"...
