When I first started this video I was dumbfounded and trying to figure out HOW those cows did that?! Then when the backflips came in I REALLY was in awe. So I asked Wendell "How did someone train those cows to do that?!"

This confirms the suspicions planted by the old Gary Larsen Far Side cartoon. Especially the pasture scenes where the cows would be having a drink and a smoke and someone would yell CAR! and they'd all go back to typical pastoral behaviour.
