What do you do with a bottle of 128 year old Scots Whisky?

Apparently no one ever got to taste it.

Bottles of Rare Scotch Reburied

Tragic...(and hard to believe).

Now is that Scotch whiskey or a Scot's whiskey?
If it's Scotch whiskey, I might would feed it to my former Israeli girl friend. I probably would have had "really good night" that night.
If it was Irish whiskey she would have had a really good night with me.
In either event we both would have "won". 😀

A bit of Scottish history: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottish_history

Just in time for another go at reading about another of Scotland's surveyors too: http://flemingcollege.ca/about-fleming/sir-sandford-fleming-our-namesake

Cheers,

Derek

Personally, I would send some to Ralphie Mitchell and get a review up online.
