My older brother is looking for two or more acres of vacant land in Gibsonia, PA to build a home on. What are the building set-back regulations for that area? He wants enough of a buffer to isolate himself from noisy neighbors.

Gibsonia is not an actual government entity. I believe it is in Richland Township...

Thanks, John! I called the above number and spoke with George at Land Use Management, I think it's called. According to George, my brother's house is in Hampton Township. I was checking out the GIS map on their website.
