I think this is so funny...
I mean, the USA tollways were SUPPOSED to actually pay for the highway. And, then no longer have a toll. However, they have kept charging tolls.
Who is cheating who?

I knew an OKC policeman that had come upon a personalized tag that read "NONE". Come to find out the car had been ticketed often for parking violations and since the violation paper work read "NONE" on the line reserved for the tag number the owner had been difficult to find.
Afterwards the state of Oklahoma will not issue a personalized tag that reads that way.
