I can't believe no one has come in on this, but here goes . . .

Who should do the actual measurements for the possibly impending lawsuit and what kind of feet should the measurements be taken in?

Also . . . is there anywhere, on earth, where a foot is considerably different that the U.S. or International foot?

A Foot Is Not 12.00" Exactly

Plus it is a footlong sub, not a footlong roll.

I've seen the photo with the tape measure and the center is scrunched, the roll does not seem to match from half to half, but one thing I did see was that the meat was hanging out at each end. At subway you get so many slices of meat and cheese. The buyers were not shorted, they just assumed more into their contract than was customary. From what I recall, most footlong hotdogs come in a 10" roll.

I'll still go to Subway.

As I recall, it's about 1:500,000 difference. You'd need a few subs to see the difference.

Perhaps a surveyor should make the measurement. Or perhaps all of us should be involved with the caveat that we need 5,000 subs to make an accurate measurement. Of course we will dispose of the evidence... I foresee the next surveyor connect gathering, make mine roast beef, lettuce, mayo, cheese and salt.

I overheard a female adult opine that the problem was caused by it being cold outside. True story.

My wife owns a Subway Store. The dough is 12" long before baking.

A quarter pounder isn't a quarter pound anymore after it's cooked.

For the record, this young lady is not my wife.

Good coverup

Apparently your wife checks this site from time to time to see what you are REALLY up to.
