Would a points file or dwg work better for getting the conversion completed?
Northern part of Virginia
18Nov (Zone?)
Meters
NAD 83
Is there any additional information I would need?
If there is someone that could help me with a sample to check the conversion and then the entire conversion if successful, I will pay for your time and expertise.
Thanks in advance.

P.S. $100 for a pro 😉

If it's not too large then a points file would probably be best. Most of the software that could do the conversion will be able to read .csv format.
Specify as much as you can about both the source coordinate system and what you are looking for in the final output.
If you know, for sure, what you have, and what you want it converted to, for sure, Corpscon6 would convert the point file, with ease. As said on this and other boards, "Just Depends"
