This is an article about how OTHERS can access what you Google.
Just interesting.

If you were going to court, as an expert witness, and you used Google to prepare part of your stuff, the other side MIGHT have access to what you Googled, in the recent or long term past.
Lots of implications.

The way I read that, the other side would have to get a court order, subpoena, or search warrant to have Google release your search history.
Would a court give such an order just to find out what the other side was researching? Seems unlikely.
The only time I would think that would happen is when the Google records might demonstrate evidence of illegal activity.
Nate,
I think you should worry about the AGIO and the Copyright letter from Everett more than your Google searches.
