If they flash a shot of her entourage in the stands and you see a small silver haired white guy, that is Mackie Shilstone of New Orleans who has become her fitness trainer on her road back.
Mackie is a nationally(I guess now international) noted sports trainer who has worked with athletes for decades from boxers to baseball and football players.
If you have seen any of the highlight clips, you see that he has had Serena working hard.
