Not a safe place to visit. There are a LOT of IEDs with and without booby traps on that island. My #2 son (FBI) just spent 6 weeks there helping the local police disarm that stuff.
The main problem is that I think P421 Million = $17.75 US. :-X
PI has some highly qualified land surveyors. I have worked with several. But, I sure would not want to be involved in any surveys in that location.
