The impression I get here is that you work for one of these companies that doesn't want to train their people.
I read this as a generalization. Can you ever have too much training? Too many resources? Too good of an aptitude or attitude ? Make too much money? I don??t control the purse strings. I just try and keep everybody happy, including myself. But I??m afraid that we??re drifting away from the intent of this thread, which is how do you deal with passive aggressive people and not so much parsing out all the reasons someone might be acting out that way. That would be a different and possibly very long thread.?ÿ
Regardless where it??s coming from, I think you have to call it out and deal with it, for better or worse, or it will suck the last bit of joy out of going to work.?ÿ
