If he's not bent all the time and head strong, and you want to breed him, then keep them. If you're worried about him siring all of the other B's in the neighborhood, cut him.

There are FAR too many unwanted pets in the world. male dogs who get fixed tend to be less likely to pee on everything vertical, which is a nice change too.
