What is this line based upon?

Is it for a new boundary or agreement?

We can describe most anything my metes and bounds.

It does not necessarily mean that anyone will agree to where it falls.

Get paid on delivery.............

Unlike Surveyors, Attorneys do not like absolutes. They like things that allow them room to negotiate. Make him a nice line that runs somewhere thereabouts.?ÿ Document the deliverable and final bill. Then make sure you track and bill the rewrites.

That is why I insist on meeting the parties and their attorneys on site - no exceptions.

I've asked for meetings. Not possible. Too many lawyers and the sellers agent does not want the buyer and seller in the same room or area.?ÿ

The line will delineate an area for a new driveway easement, which I've done several times before and will do again. I've been paid, that is not the problem.

I find the line in the gravel to be humorous. They think that I can do this by just looking at the photo. I am thinking that the inch of rain that we got in the past couple of days has washed the slate clean. I may have to use my gizmo, slide rule and protractor.?ÿ?ÿ ??ÿ
