I cannot recommend this soaking trick for these hi tech boots. They are not made of leather. I got mine real wet, wore them for the day, pulled the insert soles, set them in front of the air conditioner (Dry air) for a night, wore them next day, and they were still full of water. It took a week for them to dry, and they still fit the same as when new. They fit good too. Real good. I like them. But, they get heavy, and full of water, and are hard to dry. They are REAL light, when dry.
