He's been receiving speeding tickets from NY State in his email. About 2-3 a week. He much REALLY be speeding for us not to notice he's been gone for the length of time it takes to get from GA to NY.

I got one of those, too. Last time I was in New York was 50 years ago - at age 8.

"Uniform Traffic Ticket" is a spam virus that has been around since the summertime.
So far as I know, NY State will uses regular mail to send out tickets, not e-mail.
