Ahem.?ÿ The executive director of SAME, Society of American Military Engineers, educated me many years ago about the difference between Military Engineers and Civil Engineers.?ÿ Many years ago there were only two categories of engineers.?ÿ Military or Civil.?ÿ There were no electrical, nuclear, chemical, etc.?ÿ You were one or the other.

...another encroachment that could have been prevented if the builder had called a reputable surveyor to stake the building envelope...
