Should be cool, tomorrow lunch with Carly Fiorina former CEO and chairman of the board of Hewlett Packard.
Ask her why she thinks that crashing Hewlett Packard from a company that made cool products to a company that didn't was something to put on her resume. Ask her what she'd say to someone familiar with Hewlett Packard before her time at the helm that would explain why she'd run the company into the ground, and seemingly by her own plan to do so.
Listened in (via the WWW) on a lecture she presented at James Madison University (my alma mater) on Ethics. I was impressed.
If you had lunch with Marissa Mayer, you'd have my attention.;-)

Why don't conduct a poll?
Where is compaq today?
What advantage was there to the consolidation of companies other than to run them both into the ground?
She was also an advisor to McCain's campaign, why didn't she volunteer to be his running mate? The other candidate certainly put the nail in his coffin.
She's apparently considering a Presidential run so she certainly doesn't lack ego, ask her what bonehead ideas she would implement to undermine the economic momentum.
Just you and her? 🙂
8 person lunch at home few miles from mine, better half will be there too 🙂
That answered my question, which was, "Does Mrs. Boundary Lines know about this rendezvous?"
Not a fan of her anti-protectionist globalism (to say the least), but in our increasing STEM-centric society I got to give props to anyone who has said in interviews that a large portion of her business success derived from what she learned studying for her undergraduate degrees in philosophy and medieval history. Even if she did use the knowledge for evil instead of good 😉
Don't slurp your soup.
and for goodness sake don't let one rip!!
> Don't slurp your soup.
Unless its oriental soup, then be sure and slurp the entire length of noodles as it is considered a complement to the cook.
Don't do it in the U.S and it is a little iffy using the word oriental too.
Play it safe and skip the soup;-)
