Wish I had some serious cash. Most of his stuff looks like it should be in a museum instead of being auctioned off.

My 80 something year old Aunt has a Les Paul.

40 years ago, her and her sister used to play guitars and sing ...
and laugh and laugh and LAUGH !!!!

Might not be worth much, but I've tried to school my Dad to pass the message that it should be sold before any of the kids get a hold of it and don't know what they have.

Money Penny, a 40 year old Les Paul is worth some serious money. I would try to acquire that jewel.

I looked through the auction catalog. I thought their auction prices way low. I think his popularity will drive a large premium. I just bought a tube tester like one in the catalog except his is a 533, mine the improved 533A

I tend to agree with you Sam. I think those estimated values are low. Lot's of nice stuff.
