I didn't see the whole game, just the highlights of the goals. But I think the opposition might bother themselves to cover that guy in the next game he plays. He was left open for all those goals. A lot of league average guys could score under those conditions (See Wayne Gretzky's linemates, for examples).
Poor kid. Will spend the rest of his career never measuring up to his first game.
And the Leafs lost that game 5-4
Doing a lot better tonight, haven't seen much of Mathews...
