I see kind of an optical illusion in your icon. I see a picture of (you?) a guy looking at the camera with a river and bridge in the background, then at other times, usually at first glance, I see a guy sitting on a rock, facing the bridge, looking away from the camera.
Was that a coincidence?
Does anyone else see that?
Or am I crazy? (wait don't answer that)
Actually that is not a river. That is the mouth of San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. The picture is taken on the south side and bay side of the bridge
John C. Fremont named the strait into the San Francisco Bay "The Golden Gate" because of the gold color of the dried grasses on the Marin Side of the Gate in 1846 before the discovery of gold.

I think it only happens at first glance. Maybe right before it gets in focus. But I bet a good photoshopper, could make the illusion better.
The emblem on the cap would be the back of a smaller-Keith's straw hat. You don't see any head, just the back of a hat. The guy has a red shirt on but only the top sleeves of the shirt show up red in the sunshine. Arms are going around knees (away from camera). Keith's (your) shirt is a big rock. the shadow of the head, is also the shadow of the illusion-body. If you blur your eyes a little, you don't see the patterns in the shirt, nor the face of Keith which is already dark and not in the sun. The shadow of the head is the shadow of the little-Keith facing the ocean.
(I shouldn't have said "river" before. I have only been there once, many years ago and wasn't positive what bridge it was, but thought it might be the SF bay bridge.)
Anyway, it sounds like I am the only one who saw that. I would look at the avatar and see the "wrong" picture and first, and then see Keith; after I see Keith, it was hard to see what I saw at first. After studying it, I figured it out.
Oh well....I'm seeing things. I better pass on that joint when it comes around again.+o(

Been over it a few times in a truck and once in a car, under it many more times, last time was aboard a Destroyer Escort heading for Pearl Harbor from Treasure Island in 1972. I never did see Kieth standing there, I would have waved to him.
