I'm not a basketball geek by any stretch, but it sure is nice to see Lay Brown have to put some duct tape over the pie hole and STFU.
Kudos to the Spur's and all you Spurs fans.
Me, I'm a hockey geek. Ok, my Wings have taken a flight over the past few years. No doubt migrating and getting ready for their next sip from Lord Stanley's Cup.
But those LA Kings!! I was duly impressed by their presence, persistence, and the way they just plain took care of business. Skill, coaching, teamwork, and just outright hustle. Hoisting Lord Stanley is without a doubt the most difficult trophy to hoist.
So I tip my adult beverage to both the San Antonio Spurs, and extra especially the Los Angeles Kings for jobs well done!!
Ok, excuse me whilst I exude some foodage..... Ok, all done...lol
Now when is kickoff for football? This watching PGA golf on Sun is really boring. Besides both the Diamondbacks and Tiggers suck. Maybe I'll look up soccer or womens beach volley ball. Don't even suggest watching any newscasts, please.
yep- its a good year to be living in San Antonio- tonight the city celebrates the Spurs win with the players floating down the River Walk in a barge parade- I think I will be avoiding that crowd:-)
Don't watch other sports, but since my wife is Dutch, it's nice to see The Netherlands kick other teams balls in the World Cup.

As far as Hockey is concerned, I went to a fight once and a hockey game broke out.
College World Series in full swing. Hooke Em.
Trying like heck to get into the soccer thing, but just can't do it.
