Added some photos from the Istanbul trip to a photoblog. The HDR was a bit addicting inside the city. The Blog is a bit of a bandwidth hog I'm afraid as its all image ... give it a minute or two..
"Now this is one lovely sewer manhole I wish I could bring home in my checked baggage."
Nah, That's a Turkish monument in the middle with guard tiles around it, I've set lot's of 'em.
Great pics, thanks!
ps: did M do belly dance for you? 😉
Gonna set up an auto reply.
"Great pix Daryl........Great pics Daryl........Great pix Daryl........."

Very Nice Daryl,
Thanks for sharing. I've always wanted to visit Turkey ever since I took a class on its history in college.

Very, very nice. Some outstanding photos there.
What camera were you using?
I do believe that is your lovely wife behind that veil.
Do you think she would model it at the PLSO convention in a few weeks?

First trip with the Canon 5D MK III and a 16-35mm ultra wide angle zoom. A brilliant camera.
Job well done :good:

*tips hat* Props to you, Daryl, not only for your wonderful photos (as usual), but the Twilight Zone homage rocks! B-)
Here's another one I shot early one morning while walking about Tain
Wow, just like the one
I saw in London, once upon a time. His hair was perfect!
