Meanwhile in San Francisco: "Tina Lam and Michael Cheng snatched up Presidio Terrace ƒ?? the block-long, private oval street lined by 35 megamillion-dollar mansions ƒ?? for $90,000 and change in a city-run auction stemming from an unpaid tax bill."

Oh my...don't members of the 'upper crust' get indignant when the rules are also applied to them. I would think one (of 120) parking spot might be worth 10K...netting the couple a cool 1.1 mil in a two year ROI. Not a bad return.
