I just noticed the 'Donate" button in the upper right of the screen, so I sent Wendell $ 20 via PayPal. I know the subject has been discussed below in a few threads, but we really do need to keep this one subject alive and to the front now and then.

Pitch in guys.. w/e you can is more than enough. It all goes to a great cause.

Ok...I'm off my soapbox :gift:

Thanks, Paul!

Slight adjustment, however... the link is now Beer Money. 😀

Excellent

Wendell, that's great. I sent you some dough to help defray expenses and let you know that your efforts are supported and valued. Thanks very much, indeed!

Excellent

You guys are amazing. Thanks to Kent, Paul, Peter and Ardelle for the "beer money". It has been received and is appreciated more than can be expressed here.

Wendell, I'll be getting a snail mail check out tomorrow that will match Paul's donation. (no, really:)) And the "beer money" link is perfect. Most all offices I worked at 'coming up' had beer money funds. Kind of like what some businesses referred to as petty cash.

Maybe you could make this a "pinned" thread along the lines of Paul's suggestion. Let us know from time to time what the margins are with operating expenses. I think many, like myself, would rather support the site directly than read more same old same old ads that salesmen already inundate us with daily to begin with.

No matter what, I'm behind you on this deal and wish you well with your wonderful creation here.

Take care and thanks again.
Ed

Wendell, any chance for international contributors? I know on the payment page the "country" input is many and varied, but the field for "state" and "zip" code seemingly excludes anyone out of country.

Thanks for your efforts!
Peter

Peter:
It worked for me, but I forget how I did it... try making up something.
Peter
PS: I used the paypal function. it refused to take a credit card so I reverted to my old unused pp account, even though it charged the same card.

I sent you a donation this morning as well as a personal email asking about some web design.

Thanks for this.

Holy crap! I don't know what to say... except a hearty THANKS!

Let me just say that, based on the "beer money" received thus far, beerleg.com will live online for a loooooooooooooooooong time.

Seriously. Even if you didn't send a dime, with all the happy people I see around here, how could I take it down and feel good about myself? 😀

Now I just have to explain to my accountant, that beerleg.com is actually a surveying site and not about beer.

You should be able to make a payment from anywhere using the PayPal link. I have received them before from the UK, France and Croatia, but I don't know exactly what those people had to do to make it happen.

I did check out the PayPal form and noticed that even when you change the country, it doesn't adjust the form accordingly...
