I ordered two ink cartridges from Dell. Where else would you order ink cartridges for a Dell printer to insure you got the right cartridges.
Well they sent me the wrong ink cartridges and won't give me my money back since it was over 30 days ago I ordered them.
I won't be ordering anything from Dell again.
You may need to buy a new printer, then.?ÿ I never found any other source than Dell for their ink cartridges.?ÿ Since switching to a Brother printer, the cost per cartridge has gone way down for me.?ÿ And they seem to last a quite bit longer, as well.
That's what Dell told me to do. I went to the ink and toner shop and got the correct cartridges for half the price. The only problem is the printer keeps saying the cartridges are empty which the ink and toner place says to ignore. Printer is working fine.
