Well this was a dumb move on my part.
I adjusted the elevation and descriptions for all my point (location that is) in order to make some busy areas easier on the eyes.
I neglected to translate the elevations before editing the location of the elevations and descriptions.
Now I need to revise all the elevations down 2.68 feet and I am wondering if there is a global way to do this without having to redraw all the points.
I did a "change elevation" which worked fine but now all my elevations are at a 0.01' and they should be 0.1'....
Is there a way to globally change to 0.1' without having to redraw the points locations which will come in at their "real" location instead of the edited location...

Edit; Disregard, I figured it out..... settings> units control> set length Precision to 0.0, and it's done...
