The tree is in Kansas heading to North Carolina. Last year it came thru East Texas and was worth the trip to watch it go by. A 60' load with a police escort passing across the one way courthouse square in Crockett Tx.
My internet is running really slow so I am having a hard time finding the actual path that it is taking.
The tracker shows the tree to be following I-70 east out of Denver and in Topeka, KS now?ÿ (7 am MST, Monday 11/16/20).

Wish I had known about this yesterday.?ÿ It appears to be just west of Kansas City, KS at this time (8:20 a.m. CST).?ÿ Has already passed within about five miles of my grandkids.
Three routes from Asheville to capitol:
Through West Virginia might not be the best choice. I-81 is good traffic-wise while I-40 to I-85 to I-95 would bring it near me.?ÿ
Should avoid roads like 194 from Valle Crucis, NC to Banner Elk, NC.
Midway between KC and Columbia, MO at this time.
Are people really thrilled to see a tree?
Sort of like, it's not 'a train', it's 'THE TRAIN'.
Looks like it's taking I40 from Nashville to Asheville today
